2. Scope and definitions

  • Consumer means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • Business customer (B2B) means a legal entity or a natural person acting within their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • If you are a Consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules apply and these Terms do not limit your statutory rights.

3. Product information and intended use

  • The products offered in the Online Store include uroflowmeters intended to measure urine flow parameters, as described in the product page and the Instructions for Use (“IFU”).
  • Intended use statement: The iPeeWell Uroflowmeter (model: IUFM1) is a medical device of the Im class according to the EU MDR, intended for non-invasive measurement of urine volume, urination time, flows and other urination parameters.
It shows the functioning of the lower urinary tract. The device itself does not make diagnoses. It is intended to detect deviations in the way of urination, which may indicate a possible medical condition and thus warn the user that they can seek medical care in time. It is also helpful in keeping urination diaries.
The medical device is intended for use by medical personnel in health care institutions (urologist, uro-gynecologist, family doctor, other medical personnel trained in uroflowmetry) and/or lay people (men, women and children under parental supervision) in the home environment. With the use and more measurements in the home environment, the interpretation of the results can be more accurate and the treatment more effective when the results are used as an additional tool in diagnostics by urologists and uro-gynecologists. The device is used in the home environment: when the user has problems with urination; when he wants to monitor the condition of the urinary tract during the use of certain medications or after surgery; and for preventive purposes.
The device works together with an application for smart devices (phones, tablets) or PCs, which serves to display reports. The app is not required for basic security or essential device functionality. It is intended exclusively for indoor use. Not for implantation or oral use.
The measuring range of the device is up to 1000ml, exceeding the overload limit (the maximum total weight is 1500g – 150%F·S) can permanently damage it if, for example, the collection jug along with the urine is too heavy. During use, it is necessary to pay attention to the warnings of the application and the instructions that users must strictly follow, as improper use endangers the user’s safety, data reliability and the operation of the device.
The device itself does not make a diagnosis, only indirectly indicates the presence and severity of problems with urination.
  • The device is to be used only as described in the IFU and labeling. The device does not provide medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have symptoms or concerns, seek medical advice.
  • Only accessories, detachable parts, and materials described in the IFU and product documentation are permitted. Use of non-described accessories or modifications may affect safety/performance and may limit our ability to provide support; it may also affect your ability to rely on statutory remedies where the issue is caused by such use.

4. Availability, variants, and order limits

  • At present, uroflowmeters are sold only via the Online Store.
  • The Online Store offers only released product variants and released options. Customers can purchase only what is offered in the Online Store.
  • Order quantity limitations: customers can order only quantities available and offered in the Online Store. Requests for larger quantities or special conditions require written confirmation by iPeeWell: info*ipeewell[.]com (without [] and @ instead of *).
  • If a product is shown as out of stock or unavailable, we may not be able to accept the order. Write us an email.

5. Pre-purchase communication (Contact form)

The website provides a Contact form for potential buyers to submit questions before purchasing. We answer using controlled/approved information aligned with released IFU/labeling/technical documentation. Relevant communications may be retained as customer communication records.

6. Prices, taxes, and invoices

  • Prices are shown on the product page and/or at checkout.
  • VAT/taxes: defined on product page.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout before the order is placed.
  • For Business customers, we may request additional information (e.g., VAT ID) to issue an invoice and apply the correct tax treatment.

7. Payment methods

We offer payment methods presented at checkout (i.e. card payment). Payment is processed via our payment service provider(s). We do not store full payment card details.

8. Online ordering process, order review, and contract formation
8.1 Order placement

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms and the information presented during checkout (product selection, price, delivery, and payment details).

8.2 Internal order review before commitment to supply

Before we commit to supply, each order is reviewed to confirm that:

  • the order requirements are defined and documented (product/variant, quantity, delivery/billing details);
  • there are no discrepancies or unclear requirements (if present, they are resolved before acceptance);
  • the ordered configuration is released/allowed (only website-offered items) and remains compliant with applicable regulatory requirements;
  • we have the capability/resources to fulfill the order (availability/lead time, delivery feasibility).

8.3 Payment authorization and capture (card payments)

Card payments are authorized at checkout and captured after internal order review and acceptance (normally within 48 hours; no later than 7 days). If the order cannot be accepted, the authorization is voided and the customer is informed.

8.4 Acceptance (agreement) and rejection

  • Acceptance / contract formation: the sales contract is concluded when we (i) complete the internal order review, (ii) accept the order, and (iii) confirm the order (e.g., by issuing order confirmation and releasing the order for fulfillment). After acceptance, we provide confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium (e.g., by email order confirmation).
  • Rejection/cancellation: if the order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., delivery restriction, stock limitation, unresolved discrepancy), we may reject/cancel the order, void/cancel the payment authorization (or refund captured payment, as applicable), and inform you.

9. Delivery

  • Delivery method (primary carrier): Pošta Slovenije (or other methods shown at checkout).
  • International deliveries (outside the EU/EEA). For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are typically payable by the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • Delivery time: the expected delivery time is shown on the product page and/or at checkout (usually): Slovenia 5 working days; EU 10 working days; non-EU 15 working days + customs. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Title and risk: Where we dispatch the goods to you, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you only when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If you commission a carrier yourself and that choice was not offered by us, the risk passes to you upon delivery to that carrier.
  • If delivery to certain destinations is restricted, this will be communicated at checkout or during order review.

10. Right of withdrawal (Consumers only)

  • Read: https://www.ipeewell.com/refund_returns/
  • If you are a Consumer buying online within the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason, subject to legal exceptions.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email (info*ipeewell[.]com (without [] and @ instead of *)) within 14 days from receiving the goods, stating your order number and a clear decision to withdraw. You must return the goods within 14 days after you notify us.

11. Voluntary 30-day return policy (additional to statutory withdrawal)

12. Returns, refunds, and return shipping

13. Defects, non-conformity, and legal guarantee (Consumers)

If you are a Consumer, you are entitled to remedies for goods that are defective or not in conformity with the contract, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by applicable law. We do not provide a separate commercial warranty. This does not affect any statutory rights that apply to Consumers. For defects or suspected device malfunction, contact info*ipeewell[.]com (without [] and @ instead of *) and follow the instructions provided.

14. Safety information, complaints, and vigilance

  • If you suspect that the device has malfunctioned or you experience any incident potentially related to device safety or performance, stop using the device and contact us at info*ipeewell[.]com (without [] and @ instead of *).
  • We handle complaints and safety-related feedback in accordance with our quality management processes, including evaluation and, where required, reporting and customer notifications.

  • Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • For Business customers, additional limitations may apply.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., transport disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, network outages).
